Can the ionisation and UV-C lamp functions be switched off?
Both functions cannot be switched off, they start automatically when the appliance is switched on.
Does the air purification run at the same time as the dehumidification?
Yes, the air purification is done at the same time as the dehumidification, both the ionisation function and the UV-C lamp are switched on during dehumidification and cannot be switched off.
How can I use the dehumidifier for air purification only?
Using the independent air purification function button turns off the compressor and the appliance works only as a fan air purifier.
After changing the internet/password to Wi-fi the network cannot find the appliance. How to reset the product?
To reset the appliance, press the mode setting button for 5 seconds. The wifi indication should then flash. If it does not flash, repeat the process
Turn off the fan when the selected humidity is reached
Model R-9920 Genius 2 Wi-Fi ION & UV-C will turn off the compressor and turn off the fan within 5 minutes.
